Conflict of Interest
Harbour Wealth is an independent company and does not own any financial interest in any product supplier or any other financial services provider. In terms of the Harbour Wealth Investment Policy and our Conflict of Interest Policy no fund manager, product supplier or service supplier is given preferential treatment. With this in mind, Harbour Wealth does not receive any rebates or incentives from investment managers, nor does the company pay any incentives to their advisors and intermediaries.
Harbour Wealth will as far as possible make use of the Wealthport LISP when selecting an administrator for investment products, portfolios and underlying funds, provided this does not cause any conflict of interest between Harbour Advisory (Pty) Ltd trading as Harbour Wealth and the client.
Professional indemnity insurance is held for the amount of R5 000 000.00. Harbour Wealth also holds the following insurance policies: Employee Practise Liability of R100 000.00, Employee Dishonesty Liability of R2 000 000.00, Comprehensive Cyber Liability of R1 000 000.00, Loss of Client R100 000.00, Fidelity Guarantee Extension R250 000.00 and Directors and Officers Liability Extension R1 000 000.00.

Waiver of Rights
As an authorised Financial Services Provider Harbour Wealth may not request or induce in any manner a Client to waive any right or benefit conferred on the Client by or in terms of any provision of the General Code of Conduct, or recognise, accept or act on any such waiver by a Client.
All information obtained or acquired about you, or your company, shall remain confidential unless you provide written consent, or unless Harbour Wealth is required by any law to disclose such information.
In terms of legislation we are obliged to implement measures and strategies to ensure the protection of your Personal Information, whereby, unauthorised access and use is deterred. Please refer to our POPIA Policy.
